Upper Layers Skin Care Center Return Policy
Client under 18 years of age must have an adult’s written consent.
Service is not transferable.
No verbal agreements will be honored.
A 24 hour cancellation noticed is required or service booked will be forfeited.
In case of unsatisfactory results, Upper Layers Inc. will fully refund the money
paid for products only. Limited to 15 days after purchase.
Refunds for service can only be taken within 40 days after your treatment and a
letter stating the reasons for refund. No exceptions! All refunds for service
are subject to a minimum charge of $45.00 p/visit (hourly for technician labor
and costs involved w/visit).
Upper Layers Inc. will provide a customer service line from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00
p.m. as a way to quickly respond in case of any unexpected skin reaction.
Any prepaid program expires automatically after 6 months. At any disagreement,
Upper Layers Inc., as a courtesy, may extend the service only for 1 month or one
extra visit. |
